Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to the GetMyVision website at getmyvision.com (the "service"). By creating an account, subscribing to a Vision, publishing, or paying through the service, you agree to follow these terms and the Privacy page.

If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may refuse, suspend, or close an account when these terms or our acceptable-use rules are broken.

GetMyVision is a marketplace for limited-time, private Vision series. Authors publish a finite set of episodes. Readers subscribe, confirm their email, and read those episodes in the in-app reader. Authors may offer a paid complete solution at the end of a series. Authors who publish may need an active creator plan once billing is enforced.

The service is provided as-is. Features, availability, and pricing can change. We do not promise that any Vision will produce a specific business result for a reader or an author.

You sign in with a Firebase email link. We store a mirrored user in our database and set an httpOnly session cookie named __Host-gmv_session on getmyvision.com (Secure, SameSite=Lax, Path=/, host-only — no Domain attribute). You must use an email address you control and keep it accurate.

Account status (including suspended, banned, deletion-pending, or deleted) is decided in our systems. Inactive accounts cannot keep a signed-in session. Safe account deletion is not offered until a later release; contact support if you need help with an account today.

Subscribing to a Vision sends a confirmation email. Delivery happens on the cadence the author set. Unsubscribing stops future episode email for that Vision; it does not delete your reader account.

Episode bodies are read in the private reader. We do not put full episode content in email. Access depends on a confirmed, active subscription and the episode the drip has unlocked.

Paid features use Stripe. Creator-plan checkout is a recurring Stripe Billing session. A reader's complete-solution purchase is a one-time Checkout payment recorded in integer cents. Platform fees are a documented share of each conversion, withheld in basis points.

Stripe processes the card. Taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and payout timing follow Stripe and our payout rules. Unresolved payouts can delay later account-closure work. Prices on /pricing and on a Vision offer are the amounts we attempt to charge.

Promotional creator-plan prices may expire, and creator-plan list prices may change. Existing creator-plan subscribers may be moved to a later price after notice.

Paying for the creator plan and being paid out for a conversion are two separate things. Subscribing to the creator plan is a Stripe Checkout card payment and is available wherever Stripe accepts that card. Receiving your share of a reader's complete-solution purchase is a Stripe Connect payout, which runs through a Stripe Connect Express connected account and is available in fewer countries.

Some countries may not receive payment for now. As of 12 September 2026, we can open a Stripe Connect Express account for an author in these countries:

This list is a copy of Stripe's published availability on the date above, not a live lookup, and Stripe can change it without changing this page. Your own eligibility is decided by Stripe during Connect onboarding, including any identity, business, or banking requirements Stripe applies in your country.

We operate from a single Stripe Connect platform country and we do not promise cross-border payouts out of it. If your country is not listed, you can still create an account, publish, and subscribe to the creator plan — you cannot yet be paid out for a conversion, and you should not publish a paid complete solution expecting settlement. We do not guarantee when, or whether, a country will be added.

You may not use GetMyVision to:

• Break the law, infringe IP, or publish malware or scams.
• Harass, dox, or impersonate another person.
• Scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the service except as allowed by law.
• Bypass paywalls, confirmation, or access controls.
• Upload content you do not have the right to publish.

We may hide, suspend, or ban accounts after human review of reports. One report is not an automatic ban.

Authors keep ownership of Vision source they publish, subject to the license needed to host, deliver, and (when they opt in) feature that Vision on GetMyVision. The GetMyVision name, marks, and software stay ours. You may not copy the platform or another author's series except through normal use of the reader.

The service, Visions, and complete solutions are provided without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent the law allows, GetMyVision and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for amounts above the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits; there they apply only as far as permitted.

We may update this page. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
